Pecans taste good and are a healthy nut!  A USDA study shows pecans are richer in antioxidants than any other nut.  A Mayo Clinic study suggests that eating pecans may help reduce LDLcholoesteral levels leading to a reduction in the risk of heart attacks and coronary artery disease.
