Finely chopped pecans. Great in baking, breads and crusts such as pecan crusted catfish.
Pecans taste good and are a healthy nut! A USDA study shows pecans are richer in antioxidants than any other nut. A Mayo Clinic study suggests that eating pecans may help reduce LDLcholoesteral levels leading to a reduction in the risk of heart attacks and coronary artery disease.
NUTTY REMINDER: Freezing is the BEST way to preserve pecan freshness!!!

My son gifted me with a 3lb. bag of Valley Pecans, the best I have ever tasted! Living in E. Texas where pecans are grown, this year, because of the drouth there were very few to be found. This gift was the best of the year to me, thank you!
