The Dr. Pepper chocolate cake kit is one of my favorite Texas gifts to give friends here in Colorado. It serves as a reminder of the home of Dr. Pepper (Waco, Texas) and is a delightful way to show off Texas pecans. You can't beat having chocolate+pecans+Dr.Pepper in one tasty treat!
