We at Valley Pecans take great care in shipping our products to your door. To insure that you receive the same quality products that you would in our store:

- We ship Worldwide!
- Our products are packed with ice packs to keep the chocolates and pecans at a reasonable   temperature during shipping.
- All orders shipped to PO Boxes and outside the United States must be made by phone.
- We cannot ship on weekends or holidays. - Online orders are shipped via UPS.
- Shipping and handling charges are generated at checkout.
- Modes of shipping are as follows:
   - Next Day Air – Ships Monday thru Thursday.
   - 2nd Day Air – Ships Monday thru Wednesday.
   - Ground – Ships Monday through Thursday.
- Orders made after 1 p.m. CST will be shipped out the following business day.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please mail your shipment back to us within 10 days of receipt along with a letter stating your specific concern for a prompt refund or replacement.
