The best nuts are fresh nuts. That's what makes Valley Pecans better than anything I can get in stores. Wish there were a better way to keep them than in plastic. I immediately put them in glass and in the freezer, but how long have they been in plastic? Not sure how you can solve that. Otherwise, five stars.
We always stop at Valley Pecans on our way to Colorado. They make wonderful gifts--and we always buy a bag for ourselves to munch along the way--and to take home. They make great pecan pies! We love them.
