Fresh and delicious as always. I like the large pieces rather than halves, because most of the thin, dark, bitter “thingy” on the back side of the pecan have already fallen away

Although we have not yet used any of the order, they appear very good. My rating was reduced only because I could not find on-line the product we wanted and have purched both in person and on-line in the past -- the chopped pecans. Why are they no longer available?

These are the best pecans I've had since I got them from my grandmother's trees in her yard. They are fresh, plump and tasty. none of that rancid stuff in the supermarkets that are 2 years old. I order from them every year.
