I've been using these pecan pieces for years in my cooking and baking. The pecans are always fresh and are the perfect size.
I add a couple of tablespoons of these pecan pieces to my morning oatmeal every morning. They are delicious! I usually split up the 3 lbs into 1 lb Ziplock bags and put them in the freezer until I'm ready to eat them. So much fresher than the small bags you get at the supermarkets.
I always love to get my pecans from Valley. They are fresh and uniformly chopped. I can hardly keep them for baking since my husband loves them in his nightly ice cream!
