The package was treated rather roughly by USPS, but the contents (5, 1 lb. pecan halves) were not damaged at all. We are looking forward to all of the uses for the gorgeous looking nuts—cookies, cakes, salads, breads, munching right out of the bag. The quality of the nuts is tops.
For a number of years after a family reunion in East Texas I would stop at your store to buy shelled pecans, and of course fudge to snack on on the way home. No more trips to East Texas so I ordered a bag of your wonderful pecans. I used some yesterday when making banana bread, and snacked on a few! They are wonderful! So glad I can still have your delicious pecans.
You will never find better pecans. But the delivery service is expensive and was three dats late. That blame goes on UPS, not Valley Pecans.

Very good pecan halves for cooking or eating. I have been baking my whole wheat bread with these pecans for years and years. They are very consistent. They are pretty and sized well so they can be used in a display on a pie or a cake.
It would be nice if Valley Pecans would allow a 10% discount for veterans and military.
I have happy memories of stopping at the Valley Pecan store on trips through Texas. Our daughter, who lived briefly in Vernon, used to drive to the store with a friend to pick up pecans. I have been a fan ever since she bought me a bag. I am so happy they ship by mail. They are really the tastiest pecans!
