Absolutely, these are the best pecans. We love these nuts. The package arrived very quickly. The enclosed packing list included a happy and very funny note from the industrious individuals who packed our order. Still chuckling.
This was the first time that I have ordered this particular bag. I wanted to use these in specific recipes wherein I would not have to cut pecans into really small pieces.
I found myself pouring these nuggets into a white bowl and fishing out the little slivers.
It was a little annoying.
I do not have this problem with the larger, 3 lb bags of pecan halves.
I receive these as a Christmas gift each year. When I ran out, I ordered more on line. These pecans are the very best. They are nearly perfect...fresh, meaty, and delicious. I hate that it cost as much to ship them as it cost for one lb of pecans, but I will order again.
I have purchased the 1 pound bags of pecan halves and they are so delicious! I tried some of your candied or flavored ones too, but I like just the plain raw pecan halves. They are so sweet and crunch lightly in your mouth and they make me feel like I am eating a very healthy treat. They are some of the largest halves I have seen ! A friend and I were driving thru Texas last year and we happened to stop at your shop. Now I am spoiled for any other pecans. Only yours will do, so now I order them on-line and freeze them like you say to keep them their freshest until I am ready to open the next bag of the luscious morsels!
