The pecans arrived within 7 days of purchase. Since they were packed well they were still intact, not broken up. I eat them by the handful. They are fresh and taste oh so good. They freeze well also.

Within the month I ordered 2 pkgs of 3 lb shelled pecan halves. They were good, but not the quality I received last Fall when I ordered an even larger amount. I attribute it possibly to the time of year since these may have been last years crop which were frozen (and of course thawed in transit). Last Fall they were absolutely fresh and crisp and I would have given them an A+ rating. I plan to order more this Fall and hope I am not disappointed. These just ordered did not have the crisp freshness or color as previously. The taste however was still good.
