These shelled pecan halves are a great value. They taste fantastic. They have a light color and texture. They have a great mellow flavor. I don't think you can find any better pecans! They have been carefully shelled so there are no bits of shell in the nuts. The shipping cost is worth it.

My favorite pecans are the shelled pecans from Valley Pecans. I use them for cooking, baking and eating. Always has a lot of taste and perfect texture, not shrivled or dried out like you get in the big stores. If I had any criticism, it would be the shipping cost. Charging almost $15 to ship a $35 3 lb. bag of pecans is too expensive.
