I've been ordering from Valley pecans for a couple of years and was late in ordering this year. I was so worried they wouldn't arrive in time to bake my pecan pies! I am a native Texan and have ate many pounds of pecans and purchased many pounds of pecans in my life and these are absolutely the largest and sweetest pecans you will ever buy. I not only use these in pies, but they make delicious candied pecans, turtles and toasted in salads, on ice cream and in yogurt at breakfast.
