I first tried Valley pecans when my sister and I were driving through and stopped at the store. She bought me some pecans as a birthday gift. I brought them back to SD and put them in the freezer and treasured them. When I had used them all up, I tried buying pecans in the grocery store. Those were like "pretend" pecans. So now I am ordering from Valley Pecans.
I have been buying these pecans for about 3 years and I have never been disappointed. They are always just as fresh as if they had been picked that day. I keep mine in the freezer and they stay fresh until the "last drop". You can't beat these pecans and all of the products they have to offer. These are the best pecans ever! I don't even haev to freeze them because we use them so fast. But if you are not a pecan nut, like me, freezing is the best way to preserve them.
You have spoiled me with your pecans. I can no longer eat store bought nuts and I get nervous when my supply starts to dwindle. I eat them as a snack, use in cookies, decorations on cakes and in my Chex mix at Christmas.
