I like these, don't get me wrong but I bought some in the store in Chillicothe which were labeled "sea salt roasted". They were terrific. These were just dang good.
I found you on a rare driving trip cross country to Dallas. As a transplanted Texan that has a hard time finding salted pecans, I was thrilled to find you and these roasted and salted treats! yuuuummmm. My delight soared when I realized you shipped! Whoo-hoo!
I grew up with pecans in the house. Everyone had someone with pecan trees and the cooks in the family always added pecans to baked and savory dishes. Pecans were good, but by themselves,nothing to really remember. Then I tried the salted and roasted pecans from Pecan Valley! - Oh my! - After I finished my first bag, I wanted more. We scheduled a stop on the next trip West.
Pecans were crunchy and just salty enough. Not too hard and not mushy. Great job roasting and salting. Some of the best ever! I just stopped my wife from placing an order for pecans costing 50% more with another grower. They can keep their round tins. We will be re-ordering Valley pecans for gifts this week.
