    I order the cracked pecans every year. I have never had an issue with the quality of the pecans. The flavor is outstanding. I have had several compliments on them.

    The pecans were not as fresh as I expected...some were dark...even reddish in color. I presume they were from last year's crop. They are still very tasty and flavorful!
