My father had some of this honey. I had to try it on toast first... it made a believer out of me. A little goes a long way. The flavor it imparts to anything you use it in is amazing. ON toast, in tea, on pancakes, drizzled on a pound cake, or in a peanut butter sandwich. Will be used in pecan pie tartlets this coming holiday season.
