If you ever miss cajun/creaole cooking like I often do since I moved from home many years back, you MUST try these delightful little guys. They are the perfect pre-Thanksgiving snack to munch while waiting for dinner to hit the table. Can't find them quite like this anywhere above the mason-dixon line. My friends and family love them and eagerly await their gift package containing them each year as a holiday "kick-off" . CHEERS to Valley Pecan for your ever homely touch!
Very tasty but I wish the spices would stick better to the nuts
